Job Fair postings are used to advertise upcoming events at your organization.
Job Fair postings appear in search results as well as in the event calendar under Career Resources on Recruiting.com Ad Network sites (e.g. Jobing.com) and in a separate section on your Recruiting.com Site. Job seekers won't "apply" to a job fair so the job seeker's ability to submit his/her resume to a job fair posting is disabled.
To create a Job Fair posting:
- Log into the Recruiting.com CRM.
- Navigate to the Jobs page.
- On the Jobs page, click on New... on the top of the page to trigger the drop down menu.
- In the drop down menu, click on Job Fair.
- Fill out the form, click Continue.
- Review the posting, and click Finish.
